The Pearl Mae Foundation, Chairman of the Board:

A non-profit passion project that combats many of the economic barriers to health in Florida communities and beyond. We provide financial assistance to senior citizens for health needs vital to their overall wellness. The Pearl Mae Foundation also gives scholarships to students pursuing healthcare studies or first-responders fields in order to encourage young minds and fresh perspectives to the industry.

Conviva Care Centers, Executive Vice President

Oversaw the growth of MCCI’s family medical centers in six markets across northern Florida, Texas and Georgia. My executive team partnered with physicians to execute innovative, patient-specific courses of treatment that succeeded in providing convenient, comprehensive care to the communities we served.

AdvantageCare, President

Jan. 2005 – Jan. 2007

All Medicare Advantage Plans start somewhere. I led the successful launch of this one, providing comprehensive benefits for 15 counties across my home state of Florida until it was acquired by Humana Medical Plan in 2008.

Metropolitan Health Networks, Chief Operating Officer

Jan. 1999 – Jan. 2007

Upheld the not-so-small responsibility of operations and growth for this 40,000-member senior citizen health care network, as part of Humana Medicare most of whom are part of Humana’s Medicare Advantage and HMO plans. Resulted in long-standing beneficial relationships within the national Humana organization.
